Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. Typical hours are 10:30 am - 8:30 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. Las Vegas is in Nevada, in the Southwest, where the desert climate brings very hot summers, mild sunny winters and the summer monsoon; outdoor businesses shift their hours toward early mornings and evenings in the hottest months. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Las Vegas follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Dragon Express replaced the Panda E that was in this building. What an improvement! The food is delicious, and the portions are HUGE! Have been back many times now, and it is consistently the same. Will continue to provide repeat business. The only downside is, it's always busy! That's ok, it's worth it, and you know the food never sits around as they go through it quick! *I have done both take out and delivery, with the quality remaining consistent as well.*

Panda who?? This is where you go when you want Asian people cooking your Asian food. You can come in hungry and leave defeated with leftovers for a reasonable price. This isnt upscale gourmet, so set your expectations accordingly snd you'll enjoy it. 5*'s

We recently moved from California and were looking for a great Chinese food spot here in Vegas. Our sister recommended Dragon Express—and it did not disappoint. The food is absolutely amazing, truly five-star quality, and it’s quickly become one of our go-to places. Andy has been incredible—super friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The entire team has such a great attitude and makes you feel right at home every time you visit. If you're looking for delicious Chinese food with excellent service, this is the place. Highly recommend—definitely a five-star experience!

Must try when visiting vegas. Portions are Huge and Very Very Fresh. Pricing is excellent aswell. So if you want to save a few dollars versus eating at the strip this is your spot. Food quality is better than most asian cuisine on the strip

**Dragon Express — Nellis Blvd, Las Vegas** Located on the east side of Las Vegas, Dragon Express stands as a testament to the enduring appeal of a vibrant culinary tapestry of Las Vegas. Dragon Express stands as a testament to the enduring appeal of family-run establishments that resist the sterile confines of modern minimalism. With the warmth of a bygone era, this eatery embodies a heartfelt commitment to satisfying its patrons with genuine hospitality. The counter—creatively situated within a thoughtfully transformed former Panda Express layout—exudes an atmosphere radiating earnestness and unpretentious generosity. Upon entry, one is immediately enveloped by an ambiance that prioritizes the diner's appetite over curated aesthetic experiences intended for social media. My culinary journey commenced with Plate B, a veritable feast comprising fried rice paired with two sumptuous entrées: orange chicken and Chinese sweet BBQ pork. The to-go container itself was a marvel—a veritable cornucopia filled to the brim, defiantly resisting closure as its bountiful contents spilled forth. This overflow is reminiscent of a traditional ethos where generous portions reflect gratitude and ho
